The merch stand, finally done properly.
A purpose-built till, a stock count both sides sign, and a clear settlement for every show. Venues earn from every sale. Artists see every sale.

How it works
Four steps.
Every show.
01
Count in
The artist hands over stock. It is counted item by item and both sides confirm it on the till. Then it locks.
02
Sell
Venue staff sell from a till built for a busy stand: big tiles, sizes in one tap, contactless and chip-and-PIN.
03
Count out
The till already knows what should be left. Check, confirm, and any difference is recorded on the spot.
04
Settle
A clear statement the next day: gross, card fees, commission and VAT, and what is due to the artist.
The split
Most of every sale goes to the artist.
The venue sells as the artist's agent. After card fees, the artist receives 85%. The venue's commission is 7.5% plus VAT, and Our Merch takes 7.5% for the till, the system and the settlement.
- ✓Every sale visible, item by item and size by size
- ✓Count-in and count-out confirmed by both sides
- ✓Keeps selling through patchy venue Wi-Fi

Built for the night
Card payments land in the venue's own account.
Keeps trading offline
If the Wi-Fi drops, the till keeps selling and syncs when it is back.
A locked-down till
Runs as a dedicated kiosk. Staff sign in with a PIN; refunds need a supervisor.
Contactless and chip-and-PIN
A card terminal on the counter that shows the fan their basket, with payments processed by Stripe.
For venues that care about the night.
We supply the till, the display and the system. Your staff run the stand. Card payments land in your own account.
